(More customer reviews)I was a sucker. I admit it. I purchased the VinoVault through a vendor online. Worked fine for two months. Then it simply stopped working. I cannot believe that a company is allowed to produce such a product. Based on what I have read since it quit working, I am far from the only person to experience this. The warranty is for 90 days and though I could have shipped to the manufacturer it would have cost a fortune to do so, and any replacement unit would go out. If it went out in less than 90 days then I would have to repeat the process. If it went out after 90 days, it is "So sorry Charlie."
Don't buy anything from Pek. Nothing. Their engineering is terrible, their warranties are for all intensive purposes non-existent and from what others have said, their customer service is poorer than your local cable company. Just heed the warning and don't buy no matter what the cost. This wouldn't be a bargain at $5.
