(More customer reviews)Our family goes through gallons of juices and iced tea, and I found myself refilling plastic containers 4 and 5 times a day. I wanted to find a large enough container to hold enough for several days but I also didn't want to sacrifice refrigerator space. After reading a number of rave reviews about this container I decided to purchase this one for our home. I loved the size and sleek design, I even liked the generous sized cap on top which allows easy access for pouring in any type of powdered beverage mix. The depth was perfect for my refrigerator shelf and I was excited to try it out. After just one day I noticed several flaws. First of all, despite the positive reviews and to my disappointment...the spout drips. You have to be very careful to keep your glass under the spout for a few seconds after you release the lever because it will drip on the bottom of your fridge. And no matter how careful you may be, not everyone in our household has mastered this technique. Second, you have to open the top cap a bit so that you get a regular stream of liquid otherwise the flow slows down. And finally, once your beverage level reaches about 1/4 full, you have to tip the entire container to get a steady stream from the spout. Next time I will rely less on the reviews.
