(More customer reviews)The filter itself is a great filter and I would recommend it to anyone hands down, but I would not purchase it from FilterWater.com. on Amazon. The filters took forever to arrive and once I got them, they were not packed well, one was broken, and the filters looked like they had been on the shelves for a decade or so. The wrapping on the filters was old and falling apart. I have also had difficulty getting a refund from this company and still have not received it yet, after several phone calls about it.
