(More customer reviews)We've had this fridge since June 2008 and love it, but recently it completely died. It turns out that there is a control board, essentially a computer chip in the back of the fridge that went dead. We found now that there are a lot of reviews online with other people having this problem. I'm currently working on getting our warranty extended so we can get the part replaced without paying for it ($350!) but wanted to warn others about this problem.
We do LOVE the fridge and have had no problems with it besides this.
