Don't believe the digital temperature display, though. I set mine to 53F recently -- the on-board thermometer reads between 52-54 always. In reality, it swings between 46 and 58F in 24 minute cycles (my ambient temp is 60-65F. Once I forgot to close the door for hours and it STILL read 54F! But this should be OK for wine, since the average temp is spot on and water's high heat capacity means the liquid's temp shouldn't vary much. It's a bit loud, but it's in the garage, so I don't care.
