(More customer reviews)Sorry but I feel like I'm piling on, this product worked for about three and 1/2 months and the cooler no longer works. The 1-866 number is no help and the product is not available on line at the Black & Decker website. (Like they know somethings up). But you can get it on Bizrate, amazon or ebay. Its made in North Carolina, in the USA, which is really disappointing as the crap from China is out lasting this.
