(More customer reviews)spent over an hour on the phone with LG. 5 out of 6 people i talked to didn't know what Amazon was and the one person that did wasn't aware of the fact that they had a store on amazon. DO NOT BUY FROM LG VIA AMAZON.
just got off the phone with amazon and they filed an a-z claim for refund due to lack of response from LG. will try again from another amazon seller as i'm a glutton for punishment. fingers crossed...
