(More customer reviews)This item looks like it would work great... that is, if it had been installed prior to the installation of our very solid granite countertops. Since I suspect a lot of people might want to install these after their counter has already been installed, I fault the seller for not clarifying that this is not possible. Hence the three stars for a product that would probably work great otherwise.
